1. www.kooth.com – for young people

Kooth is anonymous and free at the point of use. 

Online counselling is available to users through instant chat messaging from mid-day until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm until 10pm at weekends.

You can contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. We're here to support you and help you find ways to cope.

There are lots of different ways to get in touch with us. And you can also get help from other young people through our site.

CALM ZONE on the childline website has lots of tips to feel calmer. It's about finding what works for you, including breathing exercises, activities, games and videos to help let go of stress.

FOR ME: THE CHILDLINE APP

'For Me' is the iOS app that puts Childline in your pocket. It's free, it's secure and it's designed by young people for young people.
