Online Safety at Millgate School:

Empowering our students to navigate the digital landscape confidently and responsibly is at the heart of our vision at Millgate. We strive to create a supportive environment where young minds can explore, learn, and connect online while understanding the importance of privacy, critical thinking, and respectful behaviour. Through education, collaboration, and proactive measures, we aim to equip our students with the skills needed to thrive in the digital age, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding their online experiences.

 

Advice for parents/carers:

It is important to have regular conversations about staying safe online and to encourage children to speak to you if they come across something worrying online.

Talk to your child about the importance of creating a safe online environment, including keeping any log-in details and passwords safe.
