Pillars is a bespoke Millgate curriculum which combines the subjects of History, Geography and PSHE. All students from years 3 to  11 are taught Pillars as a vital part of Millgate's curriculum offer.

There are six morality-based Pillars that overarch each of the topics that are covered each half term.

All of the above topics work on Millgate students' ability to discuss, reflect and build resilience towards world issues and key historical events; thus supporting them in their understanding of themselves and their communities.
